A single HelloFitt provides you with access to the HelloFitt Network which is made up of a variety of health, fitness and wellness facilities.
The facilities include gyms, group fitness studios, yoga studios, pilates and bootcamps.
To see the full list of facilities available click on the ‘HelloFitt Network’ button at the top of the page.

Once you have decided on the HelloFitt membership that is most suitable to you, you can download and login to the HelloFitt App from your App Store.
Once in the app you can browse the list of facilities available to you, from there decide on a facility and simply check-in via the app upon arrival, show proof of the check-in to a facility staff member and enjoy your session.
Failure to check-in during a session or checking-in without attending a facility may result in you being charged an administration fee.

You can visit each facility available to you on your membership as many times as you like. Your membership is like having a membership to each place individually.

No, you do not need to book a class before you arrive.
Check the class times on the gym / facilities website, arrive before the class starts, present your check-in to a staff member and enjoy your session.

Once you have decided which Fitness Partners facility you want to use on the HelloFitt app you must:
Click on the facility
Click ‘reserve’
Once reservation is confirmed, click back into the facility
Click ‘Check-in’
Present your check-in to facility staff and enjoy your session

You should also let the facility know that you would like to see them listed on the HelloFitt Network

HelloFitt does not charge any joining fees or annual fees.
The only cost is the membership fee, which is billed weekly.

Yes, you can suspend your membership.
You cannot suspend your membership for less than 2 weeks and you cannot suspend your membership for more than 2 months.
To suspend your membership we require 14 days written notice, simply send your request and outline the reason for suspending to admin@hellofitt.com.au
HelloFitt reserves full discretion to approve requests to suspend memberships. During membership suspension payments will be suspended.
Membership suspensions cannot be backdated.

You can start using your membership immediately after you sign up!

We have weekly options or lock-in options. Pick a membership that suits you.

If you fail to check-in on arrival you may be charged an administration fee.
If you accidentally check-in to a facility without attending a facility you must notify us via email at admin@hellofitt.com.au to avoid being charged an administration fee.
